We want you to love your Seragino purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at seragino.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
